His journey led from the gridiron to becoming a certified personal trainer and life coach. With his high level of disciplined training as a professional athlete, physical fitness and training continues to be a part of Stevie's everyday life.
His regimine includes: Weightlifting, Cycling, Running, Hiking, Yoga, and more. Stevie is available for motivational speaking, brand partnerships, personal training and 1-on-1 virtual wellness coaching.
Stevie Baggs Jr. is widely recognized for his impressive athletic career as a three-time All-American linebacker and defensive end. Known for his intelligence and playmaking, he earned the nickname "Shakespeare" for his ability to make plays on and off the field. His professional football career spanned over a decade with multiple NFL teams and a highly successful tenure in the CFL.
